Cancellations made 24 hours before the reservation are free of charge. For no-shows or if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your reservation time without prior notice, a cancellation fee of ¥2,000 will be charged. If you are using a package plan, the full plan fee will be charged. A reservation system usage fee of ¥800 per group will be charged to the registered credit card. Please note that this fee is non-refundable even if you cancel your reservation.

Reservations are accepted from 30 days in advance until 5:30pm on the day of your visit. Available reservation hours are from 6pm to 8pm, and up to 6 people. We do not accept reservations by phone. Please book through reservation system. Walk-in visit without reservation in advance is possible as well.

We may not able to accommodate your request if the actual number of coming people is different from which reserved. Tables can be tentatively designated while reserving. However, we may not completely meet your requests depending on conditions. Besides, please refrain from moving your tables after seated.

Tables may limitedly be available for 2 hours while crowded. If we are unable to reach you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may need to cancel your booking. To avoid this, please make sure to contact us if you expect to be late.

CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED. Please pay by credit card or QR code payments. However, cash tips will be very appreciated.

Customer under 20 is not accepted to enter.

Please refrain from bringing your own food and beverages in.

Kindly note that our rooftop area is designated as a smoking zone for your convenience.
