▶ We ask that you be seated at the time of your reservation, as courses are served promptly and make sure that all the dishes will be served with the highest quality. The course takes about two hours. If you’re being late, do let us know as soon as possible. Please note that the course which already started is our number one priority. Any arrivals more than thirty minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.

▶ Photography and movie of food is permitted. The shutter sound and flash have to be turned off. Please make sure that other guests are not in the picture.

Question 1 Req

This is the reservation page for Gahoujin. The chef is Tsubasa Yoshida, student of our owner/chef Daigo Sakai.

Question 2 Req

We make every preparation for your course to ensure that all the quality ingredients can be enjoyed at their best. Strong odors can affect the taste and smell. Please refrain from using perfume or body cream etc. on your dining date. We also ask you to refrain from talking on your cell phone or any other action that may cause inconvenience to other guests.

Question 3 Req

Smoking is not permitted inside the restaurant. You may not leave your seat to smoke outside as well. Please inform each guest in your party of this rule in advance. If a guest does not follow this rule, we will unfortunately have to refuse to take their next reservation. We thank you for your understanding.

▶ If you have strict dietary restrictions that we cannot accommodate, such as not eating raw fish or having a wide range of allergies, we may have to decline your reservation or refuse your meal even on the reservation date. Please contact us in advance and let us know.
