✅Please use the stairs to access the observation facility. This facility cannot be used by people who have difficulty climbing stairs on their own.
✅Use is limited to elementary school students and above. (Elementary and junior high school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)
✅The event may be canceled without notice due to weather, etc. Please enter a phone number that is easy to reach on the day.

✅We will restrict the bringing of baggage and other items into the observation facility. Please refrain from bringing umbrellas and parasols. Lockers are available, so please leave hats, mufflers, scarves, and other items that are easily blown away by the wind together with your baggage.
✅The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused by guests' brought-in items being blown away or falling due to the wind.
✅Please refrain from carrying someone on your shoulders or holding them while viewing the exhibits, as this is dangerous.
✅For safety reasons, entry to areas other than the observation facility is strictly prohibited. In addition, if you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be asked to leave the observation facility.
✅Smoking, dangerous behavior, and bringing in dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
