◆About the admission ticket of TOKYO SKYTREE TEMBO DECK (350m)
Guests will need to purchase TEMBO DECK admission ticket for restaurant access even though you have already visited there before your reservation date.
*No refunds for any reasons.
*If you would like to visit the both observation decks (TEMBO DECK + TEMBO GALLERIA), please purchase the Combo Ticket on the official website by yourself.
*If you purchase the admission ticket by yourself, please purchase the admission ticket which you will be able to enter the observation deck at least 30 minutes before your reservation time.

If you answered “no” to Question 1, we will prepare a TEMBO DECK ticket for you on the day.
Please come to our reception desk to receive your ticket by 30 minutes before your reservation time.

18 years old and over 2,100 JPY/per for weekday 2,300 JPY/per for weekend, holidays
12 to 17 years old 1,400 JPY/per for weekday 1,500 JPY/per for weekend, holidays
6 to 11 years old 850 JPY/per for weekday 900 JPY/per for weekend, holidays

Cancellation charge incurs from one week before reservation date (It will be adapted for minus change of guests’ number and failed to show up the restaurant as well）

◆About credit card information (Temporary hold)
Guests need to register your credit card (NO debit card) for guarantee your reservation and we hold it until you come.
This is NOT prepayment. Please pay the final bill at the restaurant after your dining.
The amount held will be refunded or released within a few days to a few weeks, depending on the credit card company. However, in the case of debit cards, the payment is immediately debited at the time of reservation, so we will refund this. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
