Sengokuhara Koko is a small luxury hotel exclusively for guests, but we accept reservations for one group per day.
The carefully selected ingredients sourced from across the country, focusing on "freshness, seasonality, and lingering flavors," include domestic brand beef and fresh seafood from nearby waters, showcasing the best tastes from their regions. We will maximize the seasonal flavors using various techniques such as wood-fired cooking and fermentation. Upon request, vegan and vegetarian menus are also available.

For beverages, we offer a diverse wine list curated by a sommelier, and you can choose from pairing courses with wine or non-alcoholic options.
