【Regarding Reservations】

● We begin accepting reservations for the period up to the end of the following month on the 1st of each month.
(Example: On March 1st, we begin accepting reservations for April 1st to 30th.)

● Please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate requests for specific seating.

● For reservations of 1 person, please contact the restaurant directly by phone or inquire via email through our website.

● For reservations of 5 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly by phone or email. Regarding reservations for private parties, we accept reservations up to the end of the month two months in advance by phone.

● For cancellations or changes in the number of people for reservations of 5 or more, a cancellation policy (50% of the course fee) will apply from 1 month prior to the reservation date.

● Reservations are only accepted for customers aged 13 and over. There is no age restriction for private parties, but please note that we do not have high chairs available.

● If we are unable to contact you after your reservation time has passed, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation. Please note that if more than one hour passes from your reservation time without any contact, your reservation will be cancelled.

● As our course menu utilizes seasonal ingredients, we are unable to accommodate changes to the menu due to disliked ingredients. Thank you for your understanding.

● We are unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan customers. Thank you for your understanding.

● We are unable to accommodate customers with allergies to all types of seafood. Thank you for your understanding.

● We are unable to accommodate customers with allergies to all types of nuts. Thank you for your understanding.

● We are unable to accommodate customers with allergies to all dairy products. Thank you for your understanding.

● We may not be able to accommodate cases with multiple food allergies.

● As our course incorporates elements of Okinawan royal cuisine, we use various parts of pork extensively. We are unable to accommodate customers who cannot eat pork.

● If there are menu changes due to allergies or disliked ingredients, the menu will be unified for all members of the group. (We cannot accommodate menu changes for only one person.)

● The credit card information entered at the time of booking will only be used to charge a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation date or no-show on the day of the reservation. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment can be made on-site on the day of your visit using cash, credit card, or contactless payment.

● If you use a JACCS card, debit card, or certain prepaid cards, the payment may be debited at the time of booking, but a refund will be processed within 1 to 2 months after your visit.

■ For changes or cancellations to your reservation, 50% of the course fee will be charged from 3 days prior at 3:00 PM, and 100% of the course fee will be charged for cancellations on the day of the reservation.

◼️ A separate service fee and fuel surcharge of 15% will be added to your bill.
