日本の美は古くから偶然性を尊重してきました。

その後ジャクソン・ポロックや岡本太郎は偶然性を織り込んだアート/人工的な営みを試みてきました。

日本の代表的な梨である20世紀も偶然生まれました。

ゴミ置き場に偶然生えていた梨を発見したことが20世紀梨の始まりです。

偶然生まれ、いまやその偶然が織り込まれた和梨。

ぼく自身として、メロンの皮を入れられているのが好きではないです。
そのためQeFareではメロンの大トロともいえる一番甘いところだけをくりぬいたメロンボールを使用しています。そのため数はでませんが、本当においしいメロンを味わっていただけます。
そして、生のメロン果汁を90%以上使用したアイスで、青肉メロンと赤肉メロン、それぞれの味わいを引き立てます。

メロンに手間暇をかけた珍しいパフェです。
昨年のQeFareのメロンのパフェではメロンが得意でなかったという方も、感動したと言われました。

ぜひメロンが大好きな方も、メロンに苦手意識を持っている方も一度体験しにきてください。
