The annual Ace Hotel Kyoto countdown event will be held at PIOPIKO! We will offer a private room rental package to one group only! ・During the event (17:00-24:00), you can use our private room as a private party space. ・All-you-can-drink beer, sparkling wine, and highballs (up to 10 people. 5,000 yen per person thereafter) ・Feel free to bring your own food (you can also use the Ace Hotel Kyoto room service menu) ・You are free to enter and exit the private room and between floors. You can also enjoy the DJ event being held on the floor. This plan will end on a first-come, first-served basis as soon as reservations are made. Let's enjoy the end of 2024 to the fullest!

[Regarding reservations] Priority is given to those who make reservations on a first-come, first-served basis. Thank you for your understanding. For parties of 11 or more, an additional fee of 5,000 yen will be charged per person. The size of the private room is 13 people for normal dining purposes. [Regarding children] There is no child rate (children under 3 years old are free). Minors who are not staying at the hotel can only use the room until 10 p.m. [Regarding private rooms] We do not allow intoxicated or drunk people to use the room. Actual costs will be charged for smoking and damage/soiling of facilities. [Regarding cancellation fees] Cancellation fees will be incurred as follows. *Extra fees for parties of 11 or more will not be included.
