If you are 15 minutes late from your reservation time without contacting us, your reservation will be automatically canceled. Please note that we will not accept any complaints regarding cancellations without prior notice, so please understand this before making your reservation.

To prevent unauthorized cancellations, we require a deposit, but please rest assured that it will be automatically refunded when you arrive at the reservation time. If you pay your deposit with a debit card, it may take several days to several weeks for your deposit to be refunded, so we recommend paying with a credit card.
