[For pregnant customers]
◆Our spa is available for those from 20 weeks onwards. Please inform us in advance when making a reservation. There are restrictions on the spa menus available in consideration of your physical condition. We will refuse treatments to pregnant women under 20 weeks pregnant, those who have been diagnosed with gestational hypertension, diabetes, or threatened premature labor. Thank you for your understanding.

[About cancellations]
◆A cancellation charge of 100% will be charged 4 hours before the reservation time.
◆If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your reservation may be canceled.

[About reservations]
◆The required time is scheduled to be 30 minutes in addition to the treatment time.
◆Please note that if you arrive late at the reservation time, the treatment time will be shortened.
◆Please contact us by phone if you are making a reservation for 3 or more people or if you would like to combine multiple menus.

Requests

Please be sure to inform us in advance if there is a possibility of pregnancy, if you are currently going to the hospital, or if you are taking medicine.
If you are staying, please let us know the name of the hotel representative. Also, please let us know if the name of the person who made the reservation and the name of the customer using the treatment are different.
[For outpatient customers: Regarding the use of the hot bath facility] Advance reservations are required to use the hot bath facility before treatment. [For customers who wish to take a bath before treatment] Please enter your request in the answer column. *We are unable to provide cleaning time between 13:00 and 15:00. In that case, we will inform you after the treatment. On the day of your stay, please tell the name of the person making the spa reservation at the hotel front desk. We will give you a card key for the hot spring facility. [For guests staying at the hotel] There is no need to make a reservation to use the hot spring facilities after check-in. Please use the card key in your room at any time you like, excluding cleaning times. Please come to the spa on the 1st floor at the time of your treatment reservation.
