■ Regarding food allergies
To ensure we can accommodate everyone safely, please be sure to inform us of any food allergies at the time of reservation.
Depending on the nature of the allergy, we may be unable to accept your reservation in order to prioritize your safety.
Please note that on the day of your visit, we cannot make any changes to ingredients due to safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

■ Reservations
We accept reservations for breakfast or afternoon tea sets.
The allowed duration of stay is up to 2 hours from the reserved time.
※ For those wishing to use the facility outside these options, please visit us in person; seating will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

■ Number of guests per reservation
Reservations are limited to a maximum of 4 guests per table. For groups of 5 or more, reservations must be made for two tables, with a maximum total of 8 guests. Guests wishing to make such reservations should contact the restaurant directly.

■ Credit card payments on the day of visit
As announced by the Japan Credit Association (JCA), PIN authentication (entry of a personal identification number) will be mandatory for all credit card transactions starting April 1, 2025.
If you are unable to enter your PIN, payment must be made using other methods such as cash. Please keep this in mind.

※ When fully booked, the maximum stay is 90 minutes (60 minutes on weekends and holidays).
※ Currently, 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM on weekends and holidays are extremely busy; we kindly ask for your cooperation in spreading out arrival times.
※ Reservations for café use are not accepted.
※ Seat selection cannot be accommodated.
※ All seats are non-smoking.

※ Some dishes may sell out depending on demand; please understand that this is beyond our control.
