If you specify your arrival time in advance, this system will give you priority seating.
This is not a seat reservation, so there may be a waiting time when it is crowded. Please note.

<<About cancellation>>
For cancellations, you will be charged a cancellation fee as shown below, starting from the date and time of your visit.
24 hours before arrival time: ¥2,000 per person

<<Changing reservation date/time/number of people>>
We cannot accept changes in the number of people or the date and time after the reservation has been completed for any reason. Please be sure to check before confirming your reservation.
In the unlikely event that the date, time, or number of people changes, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel and reschedule your reservation.
*There are no refunds for fees.

[About parking lot use]
We do not guarantee parking spaces for reservations.
If the space is full, please wait until there is a space available.
If you are late due to parking, don't worry, we will take this into consideration.

Please be sure to check the following items before pressing the agree button.
①FastPass reservations do not guarantee a parking space or give you priority parking.
② Waiting outside the parking lot (on the road or road surface) for the vehicle to leave the parking lot is prohibited as it may cause a nuisance to the neighborhood.
③ There are no waiting areas around the store until a space becomes available. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that everyone please consider the timing of the changeover before parking.
④Please let the staff know that the parking lot is full and we will guide you to the store without any problem if you are late.
Please rest assured that your order will not be treated as a cancellation.
