▼ We require the prepayment to complete your booking.
▼ If you advise us your cancellation more than 24 hours prior to the reservation, we refund full amount of your prepayment. After the time, there is no refund.
▼ We do not allow younger children at the age of 10 or younger for dinner at Kitchen.

1. Business Hours: 17:30 ~ 23:00 (Sunday closed)
Last seating – 21:00 (Course Menu at 20:30 / A la Carte order until 21:30 / Drink order until 22:00)

2. Peak Periods (20 December to 11 January & 27 January to 8 February)
A la Carte menu is not available during the above periods. (Dinner Course only)

3. No of Guests On-line booking is available for up to 16 people. If your group is 17 people or larger, we only accommodate as an exclusive booking. Please contact us via the inquiry form on our HP. (Maximum 35pax)

4. Cancellation Policy Less than 24 hours prior to the booking – 100% (incl. reducing the no. of guests)
*Cancellation can be made via the URL on the booking confirmation email. If you need to change the no. of pax or booking date/time, please email or call us.
*If the cancellation is caused by unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations or natural disasters, we may waive the penalty if you can contact us by 10 am on the booking day. Please note that cancellation fee will be applied for physical conditions, injuries, or other accidents.

5. BYO Policy We do NOT allow guests to bring their own wines.

6. Time Restrictions The table can be reserved for maximum of 2 hours from the booking time. We may ask you to vacate the table after this time if we have another booking at the same table.
If you do not show up within the first 20 minutes of booking without notice, we may release your booking as a no-show. Therefore, we do not recommend booking if you have any concern being late on your arrival. If you are late due to unforeseen circumstances, please call us immediately.

Requests

Please inform us if you are vegetarian (vegan, pescatarian etc.) or have any dietary requirements as we need to know in advance so that we can prepare an appropriate menu for you.
However, we are still a small restaurant, and our premise is not a certified allergy free / gluten-free premise.
Please be aware that there is always a possibility of cross contamination even with the extreme cautions.
If you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary, and would like a message on the dessert plate, please write it here.
If you wish to arrange a cake, please let us know, we can prepare it from 4,000 yen.
