🎫 How your reservation is confirmed
Communication between overseas customer and branch will be made through the Online support desk. This applies to ALL Mails sent from TableCheck.

Reservations are not immediately confirmed. Once the availability is checked, you will receive a confirmation/non-confirmation message. Please allow 1~2 working days for the response. (Online support closed weekends & holidays, and after 5:00PM on weekdays.
Any inquiries outside our operation hours, will be attended during the next business day.

💳 Deposit
A valid Credit card is required for reservation.
The deposit will NOT be charged if your visit is confirmed. It will be refunded by the credit card company later.
Separate from the deposit, please pay the food and drink charges at the counter on the day.
Violations such as no-show, late arrival, sudden changes will result in deposit being charged.
*DO NOT USE DEBIT/PREPAID CARDS.
*To verify the card's validity, a transaction of 50 JPY will be processed.
*Refund may take time according to your card company.
*The deposit CANNOT be used to offset food and drink charges.

📆 Schedule
Reservation can be made 10 to 90 days before the requested date. For periods outside this range, phone reservations are the only option.
Additionally, if you visit on a different date, this is treated as no-show. (The deposit will not be refunded.)

🆖 Breach of contract *Subject to penalties
- Being late for more than 20 minutes
- No-show (Children are also subject to charges.)
- Discrepancy between the reservation details and the actual number of guests.
- Other illegal activities

💬 Other notice
- From Dec. 1st to Jan. 5th, minimum of 2 guests required for reservation.
- Parties of 10 guests are required to order beforehand.
- Orders can be added after arrival but cannot be changed.
- Private rooms cannot be specified.
- Seating is limited up to 2 hours.
- Lunch menu available until 3:00PM for weekends and holidays.
- Lunch menu NOT available Jan.1st ~ Jan.3rd
