[PREPAYMENT] We require prepayment to secure a reservation via this on-line system. Refund until 24 hours before your reservation.

[CANCELLATIONS] within 24 hours - 100% (incl. the reduced no. of guests
*Cancellation can be made via the URL on the booking confirmation email. If you need to change the no. of pax or booking date/time, please email or call us.
*If the cancellation is caused by unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations or natural disasters, we may waive the penalty if you can contact us by 10 am on the booking day. Please note that cancellation fee will be applied for physical conditions, injuries, or other accidents.
*If you do not show up within the first 20 minutes of booking without notice, we may release your booking as a no-show. Therefore, we do not recommend booking if you have any concern being late on your arrival. If you are late due to unforeseen circumstances, please call us immediately.

[MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS]
We allow the booking for 1 person to 12 people. If you are 13 or more people, we only take the booking as an exclusive use. Please contact us via inquiry form on our website. Please note that we can't take an exclusive booking during the peak season such as Christmas / New Year periods.

[CHILD POLICY]
For safety reasons also for the comfort and convenience of other guests, Kamimura dinner is unable to cater to children under 7 years old.

[BYOB] We are a fully licensed restaurant - do NOT allow to bring their own wines.

The deposit secures your reservation and is fully applied to your bill.
<CANCELLATION POLICY>・In the event of a cancellation outside of 24 hours prior to the booking time, we will refund the whole payment. For a cancellation or a reduction of numbers within 24 hours of the booking time, the prepayment will be non-refundable.

Requests

Please inform us if you are vegetarian (vegan, pescatarian etc.) or have any dietary requirements as we need to know in advance so that we can prepare an appropriate menu for you.
However, we are still a small restaurant, and our premise is not a certified allergy free / gluten-free premise.
Please be aware that there is always a possibility of cross contamination even with the extreme cautions.
If your party has children who prefer to have a child course menu at 13,200 yen per person, please inform us of <r>the number and the ages of children</r>.

If you want the same menu as adults, please include it in the number of adults when making a reservation.
**We do not allow younger children under 7 years old.
Please inform us if you come for a special occasion such as birthday or anniversary. We will put a message on your dessert plate with no surcharge.
We can also arrange a cake for the event from 4,000 yen extra.
