*Please be sure to arrive at the store 5 minutes before your reservation time*
▶Due to other customers' reservations, your reservation will be automatically canceled if more than 10 minutes have passed since your reservation time.
*During busy periods, it may be difficult to get through on the phone, so please make sure to arrive on time for your reservation.
▶If you cancel without permission on the day of your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of the meal price per person. ▶Cancellations are only accepted via reservation email, so please cancel from the reservation email.
▶︎Please note that reservations cannot be made after 5:00 p.m. the day before.
Payment at the store can be made by cash, credit card, or QR payment (PayPay).
▶You will need to register a credit card when making a reservation. *As this is not a prepayment, a credit check will be conducted before debiting 50 yen. ▶Payment has not been completed with the card registered at the time of reservation. Please pay at the store on the day.
▶Children must be elementary school age or older to visit.
▶The seating time is 70 minutes per group.
▶We are currently accepting reservations until December 30th (opening hours on the 31st will be decided as soon as possible)
▶We plan to start taking reservations for the following month around 10am on the 1st of each month.
▶We regret that we are unable to respond to any inquiries about allergies that are written down when making a reservation. If you have any concerns, please contact us via DM on Instagram.

The "born" energy of the egg creates enjoyment and happiness for our customers. The combination of the carefully prepared dashi and the simmering egg is exceptional. [Eel hitsumabushi] Please enjoy with your favorite condiments and dashi stock. The soup stock is a blend of carefully selected bonito flakes, kelp, and tea. [Wagyu Thigh Steak Bowl] Carefully grilled A5 rank Wagyu thigh. It has a sweet sauce on it, so mix it up and enjoy. [Kyoto vegetable kamameshi] The umami and sweetness of summer Kyoto vegetables are confined and cooked to a moist and fluffy texture. A hearty kamameshi dish made with plenty of seasonal Kyoto vegetables. [Seafood hand-rolled bowl] You can choose 4 kinds of carefully selected seafood on a daily basis. [Japanese beef grilled on a ceramic plate]
Wagyu beef packed with flavor is grilled on a ceramic plate. It will be cooked plump and juicy. Enjoy it with our homemade ponzu sauce and daily special sauce, along with grilled vegetables such as small turnips from Kyoto.
[Golden egg bowl topped with beef shigure]
This is an original dish from the Pontocho store, made with Itsukijaya's most popular golden egg bowl topped with carefully selected shigureni. Shigure-ni is made by slowly simmering domestic beef with ginger and a special sauce to lock in the rich flavor of the beef.
[Wagyu beef thighs and raw yuba rolls]
