On December 15, 2023, the resort "MUWA NISEKO," harmonizing with infinite nature, opened the wood-fired Italian restaurant "HITO BY TACUBO."
HITO BY TACUBO is an authentic Italian restaurant incorporating exceptional wood-fired cuisine by Michelin-starred chef Daisuke Tacubo.
We offer à la carte options for both lunch and dinner, allowing you to choose dishes according to your mood.
Booking Notes:
We do not offer vegetarian or vegan menus. Please be aware of this in advance.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
If we cannot reach you 15 minutes after your reservation time, we may have to consider it canceled. Please inform us if you anticipate being late.
For special requests or reservations for 8 people or more, please contact the restaurant directly at 0136-55-8520.
Cancellation Policy:
For seat-only reservations: A cancellation fee of ¥5,500 per person will be charged for cancellations on the day.
Dress Code:
We recommend smart casual attire.
Please refrain from wearing ski boots, bathrobes or in-room yukata, men's sleeveless shirts or tank tops.
Regarding Wine Corkage:
Corkage fee is ¥10,000 per bottle. Magnum bottles are ¥20,000 each.
You may bring up to 2 bottles per group. For magnum bottles, only 1 bottle per group is allowed. Please understand this policy in advance.
