Galette des Rois is a traditional French confectionery to celebrate the New Year. To mark the start of 2025, Hilton Tokyo is offering Galette des Rois, a light, mousse-like treat with a rich flavour. Gianduja and pecan ganache, maple caramel noisette mousse are gently enveloped in almond cream, accented by the almonds placed on the side of the cake. It is said that anyone who finds a fève inside a slice of the cake will be blessed, and good fortune will continue for the year. Why not welcome the start of the new year with this Galette des Rois? *A single roasted almond will be placed inside the Galette des Rois. The fève and crown decoration will be provided separately.
