•Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time for a consultation before your treatment. Guests not staying at our hotel are requested to arrive at the front desk 15 minutes before your reserved time. *We open at 10:00, so if you have a reservation for 10:00, please arrive exactly on time.
•If you arrive late, we will try to perform all treatments, but please note that in some cases we may have to shorten your treatment. You will be charged the full treatment fee.
•Due to the quiet environment of our spa, the minimum age for spa treatments is 16 years old. Please contact the spa for more information.
•We are unable to provide massage or aromatherapy treatments to pregnant women. (Only those 16 weeks or older pregnant can receive the 70-minute facial treatment course.)
•This is not a legal definition of massage for massage therapists, shiatsu therapists, acupuncturists, and moxibustion therapists.
•The use of the pair room is only available to guests staying at the hotel.
•A 10-minute foot bath is included in the treatment.
•Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or change your reservation. Please note that if you cancel after 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged, and if you do not contact us, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
•If you wish to make a reservation for multiple people, you will need to make a separate reservation for each person. If you wish to make a reservation for the same time, you can only make a reservation if there is availability at the desired time.
