●Regarding the location of the event from October 15th (Tue) onwards: As autumn deepens and nighttime temperatures are expected to drop, the event will be held in the special venue on the first floor instead of on the rooftop, regardless of the weather.

●About rainy weather
*Dinner time (17:30-20:00 entry) will be held in the special venue on the first floor if the probability of precipitation is 60% or higher at 13:00 on the day.

The special venue has limited seats, so even customers who order the PREMIUM PLAN or STANDARD PLAN may be seated in the order of reservations.

If it is difficult to provide seats, we will contact you.

Customers who order other plans will be canceled in the event of rain, and we will notify you in the topics section of the official website. If seats are available in the special venue, we will contact you in order from 13:00 on the day.

●If the restaurant is canceled due to sudden rain during the rooftop meal, we will not provide refunds or move you indoors.

●Regarding reservations for groups (guaranteed 50 adults or more)
In the event of rain, seats will be provided in the indoor venue on the 2nd to 4th floors.
At the indoor venue, we will serve casual course-style meals and free drinks instead of yakiniku.
We will only decide whether to hold a rainy event for a group if the probability of precipitation is 50% or higher at noon three days before the event, and will contact you accordingly.

●We cannot accept changes to ingredients due to allergies or dislikes.
●If you cancel on the day of the event, a cancellation fee of 100% of the plan price will be charged.
●Please contact the restaurant directly for reservations of 21 or more people.
●We do not have a dedicated car or bicycle parking area.
●Please make sure to order the same reservation plan for your group.
●We may call you to confirm your reservation.
●We accept reservations up to two months in advance.
●Please feel free to contact us regarding the origin of the ingredients.
●Payment will be made in a lump sum, and if you would like a receipt, one will be issued for the group. Please note that we cannot accept individual payments or issue receipts.
