[When using our store]
・Reservations are for 2 to 6 people. (If you would like to reserve a private restaurant for a large group, please see the details below.)
・Although our restaurant is buffet style, it is not an all-you-can-eat restaurant. Please note that availability may be limited depending on the dish.
・For safety reasons, we currently do not allow children under the age of 10.
(This may change in the future.)
(Also, if there are circumstances that need to be taken into consideration, you may be asked to enter the store as an exception. Thank you for your understanding.)
・As this is a Japanese-style room, pets are not allowed. . There are also no outdoor seats such as terrace seats.
・Please note that we cannot respond to requests for seats.

[About payment]
When making a reservation, we ask that you pay in advance by credit card. Orders for other menu items on the day will also be paid in bulk using your registered card. Please note that payment cannot be made by means other than individual accounts or registered cards. Please also note that in the event of an irregularity, such as a system error or the inability to use the registered card, we will only accept cash payments regardless of the cause.

Our store is located in a mountainous area, and there are no landmarks or public transportation. We cannot accept inquiries by phone or message on the same day, so please be sure to check the store location on Google Maps or your car navigation system before visiting. If you get lost and cannot come to our store, we will not be able to provide a refund.

[Reservation cancellation, change in the number of people, and refunds]
・Cancellations and changes in the number of people can be made until 14:00 two days before the reservation date.
・Please note that refunds will not be given for cancellations or changes in the number of people after the above date and time.
・If you change the number of people, please cancel your reservation and re-book. In that case, we may not be able to make a new reservation depending on seat availability. note that.
