ーーーーRequests for making a reservationーーーー
▶Any changes or cancellations to your reservation must be made 120 hours prior to your reservation date. Please note that 100% cancellation fee will be charged after that.
Thank you for your understanding.

▶If the phone number or email address provided at the time of reservation is incomplete, the reservation may be treated as canceled. Please be sure to enter the correct phone number and email address.

▶Please note that we may not be able to accept future reservations for customers who do not come to the store without contacting us.

▶Seats cannot be specified using the web reservation system.

▶In principle, we do not allow children under high school age (16 years old) to visit our restaurant.

▶ Please make a reservation for 2 or more people.

--- About the dress code ---
▶ Crony recommends smart casual wear, and we recommend that men wear a jacket or collared shirt. Please refrain from wearing sportswear such as shorts, jerseys, sandals, and tank tops.
*Please note that we may refuse entry to the restaurant.

--- About visit time ---
▶ In order to provide comfortable service and food to all customers, we will adjust the visit time and the number of customers at the reservation stage. Therefore, even if you arrive earlier than your reservation time, we may not be able to guide you to your seat until the reservation time. In addition, we prepare the food and manage the ingredients according to the customer's reservation time, so if you arrive significantly late, we may not be able to provide the planned number of items.
