The stewed abalone is made by slowly stewing domestically produced live abalone in Sairyu's secret soup, resulting in a rich flavor and a soft texture. There are three types of grilled dishes, including chashu roasted in a homemade oven. A hearty bento box that includes the popular Sairyu Gomoku fried rice.
