▶If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.

▶Smoking is prohibited inside the restaurant. (No paper cigarettes, heat-not-burn cigarettes, or electronic cigarettes are allowed). Please also note that smoking is prohibited in the nearby aisles and adjacent plazas.
▶For hygiene reasons, we ask that you refrain from bringing in food and drinks as a general rule.

■In the event of bad weather such as rain or strong winds, the tour will be cancelled. If the tour is cancelled, a staff member will contact customers who have made a reservation.
