▶ About reservation
●Reservations are accepted from three months in advance.
●We can accept the reservations from 2 people.
●If you would like more than 3 kinds of menu, please contact us at this e-mail address reservation@tankuma.jp or fill out the request form.
●To guarantee your reservation, we ask that you pay in advance by your credit card at the time of reservation.
※ On the day, please pay for drinks and other expenses by Contactless Pay (using the card information provided at the time of reservation), credit card, or cash.
●Only credit cards that support 3D Secure (personal authentication service) can be used. Please set up 3D Secure before making payment.

●We have separately charged 15% service fee
●As for the designation of the room, we may not be able to comply with your request.
●If you can not contact us after 30 minutes from the time of reservation, we will be forced to treat you as a cancellation so please be sure to contact us if you are late.

●If you are visiting our restaurant with children and would like to order the children's menu at the same time, please select from the menus below and enter the details and number of orders in Question Column 1 displayed at the end of the reservation screen.

●Even if you are making a reservation on behalf of someone else, we ask that you guarantee your reservation by paying in advance.
●When making a reservation, please be sure to let us know that you are making a reservation on behalf of someone and that we must collect the remaining amount (drinks, etc) from the customers who will visit us on the day.

▶ About our cancellation policy
The cancellation policy is as follows.
Please read it carefully before proceeding to make a reservation.

When canceling the reservation in the following period, food fees per person (inc Tax) will be charged.

(up to 9 people)
On the day: 100% / 1 day before the reservation time
:50% / 2 days before the reservation time: 30%

(10 people or more)
2 days before the reservation time: 100% / 2 months to 2 days before the reservation time: 50%

▶ About the location of our restaurant
Tankuma Kitamise “Kyoto Main” (located near our restaurant,"Honke Tankuma Honten") is different from our restaurant.
When you visit Tankuma Kitamise “Kyoto Main”, after reserve our restaurant and not come to our restaurant, We will charge a cancellation fee from the information of your card.
