🔷Booking Rules
▶︎ The counter seat service starts all at once.
Please be punctual and refrain from long delays as it will bother other customers.
▶︎ Please note that counter seats cannot be specified.
▶︎ We accept counter reservations for customers 12 years of age or older who can order a course meal.
▶︎ Please notify us about any allergies request column when making a reservation.

▶︎ We will prepare dessert plates (birthdays, anniversaries, graduation) for customers who order a course menu.
▶︎ Dinner menus is available at lunch time by advance reservations only.

▶︎Please come in Smart Casual attire. (Other than light clothing such as shorts and sandals.)
🔷 Deposit Matters
▶︎A deposit is required for all guests upon reservation.
🔸Lunch- RM100 per person x number of persons
🔸Dinner- RM200 per person x number of persons
▶︎The deposit amount will be deducted from the total bill for the day.please pay the amount minus the deposit directly at the store.
※ Visa, Master, and cash are accepted at the store.
🔷 Cancellations, etc.
▶︎Cancellation, change of date, or change of number of persons must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the reserved date and time.
Cancellations made after 72 hours will not be refunded. Please be aware of this in advance.
▶︎If you cancel more than 3 days (72 hours) prior to the reservation date, change the date, or reduce the number of people in your party, we will refund the deposit in full. Please note that a 5% handling fee will be deducted from the deposit.
※The number of days required for the actual refund depends on the financial institution you use.Please inquire with your financial institution.
▶︎If you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.

Please cancel your reservation from the reservation confirmation page or by phone during business hours.

We accept date changes by phone. However, the above cancellation policy applies, so please be sure to contact us at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. Please note that if you violate the cancellation policy, the original deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay the deposit again.
🔸How to reduce the number of guests
Please contact us by phone. However, please note that if the cancellation policy is violated, the deposit for the reduced number of guests will be forfeited and you will not able to use the room on the day of the reservation.
🔷 Corkage Fee
