Thank you for visiting the Mori to Rill BBQ Field reservation page.

▶You cannot specify the type of seat. Please be aware of this in advance.
▶You can make reservations online from 90 days before the day of use.
▶You can bring in additional food and drinks even if you order "empty-handed".
（There is no additional charge.）
▶For reservations of more than 25 people, please call the store directly at 06-6460-6090.
▶Preschool children can use the facility free of charge, but they are not counted in the seats and equipment, so if you need a seat, please select "Order a meal" or "Secure a child seat".
▶It is not possible to mix "empty-handed" and "bring-in" in the same group.
▶If you would like to come after 12:00 or 18:00, please select "12:00 or 18:00" and enter your desired time in the request field.
※However, please note that the end time will not change. 【Part 1: ~15:00, Part 2: ~21:00】
▶If you are coming by car, please enter the number of parking spaces you will be using from the Other menu.
（We ask you to enter this information to estimate the amount of space available for BBQ guests.）
▶The Hotel Lodge Maishima free shuttle bus has been suspended since July 1, 2023.

【Cancellation policy】
・Free up to 3 days before use
・50% from 2 days before use to the day before use
・100% on the day of use

※Cancellation fees apply to both [entrance fee] and [set menu fee (ingredients)].
※Cancellation fees apply even if the number of people is reduced.

Cancellations, changes to the number of people, and changes to the contents must be made by 17:00 three days before.
Please note that cancellation fees will be charged and changes cannot be made from the customer form after this date.
