▶Cancellation
・If you can't contact us after 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are late.
・If canceled within 24 hours, 100% of the course meal will be charged as a cancellation fee.
▶For reservations of 14 people or more, please contact the store directly.
▶For customers with children, please make a reservation by phone.

[Precautions when using a debit card]

Please note that unlike credit card reservations, the debit card will immediately deduct the amount presented when the reservation is confirmed.
After visiting the store, the refund will be processed at the store where you made the reservation.
*The timing of the refund to the customer's account varies depending on the financial institution used.
For inquiries after refund processing at the store, please contact the financial institution directly.
