● Cancellation up to 2 days before the reservation date and time is free of charge.
● If you cancel one day before the reservation date, 50% of the course price + tax (for the number of people) will be charged. 100% + tax (for the number of people) will be charged on the day of the event.
● Please be sure to come to the store on time. We will start at the same time as your time. If you are late for more than 15 minutes without contacting us, we will consider it as a cancellation.
