[About Reservations and Usage] ◾︎Reservations can be made for up to 2 to 6 people. Can be enjoyed by groups, families, and couples. ◾︎Please wear a swimsuit when using the sauna. We also have rental swimsuits available. Please be careful if the swimsuit you bring has metal fittings, as there is a risk of burns. ◾︎We are fully equipped with amenities, so please come light. If you need anything, such as makeup touch-ups, please bring it with you. ◾︎You can enter the store 5 minutes before your usage time. When your time comes, please open the door and enter. [About payment] You can pay by credit card or cash at the store when you visit. [Regarding changes and cancellations] ◾︎If you are late for your reservation time by more than 10 minutes due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Also, please understand that if you visit us after your reservation time, the service time may be shortened or we may not be able to guide you. ◾︎If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us during business hours (until 21:00) two days before. ◾︎For cancellations made on the day, 100% of the usage fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
