▶Children under 12 is not allowed to enter the room for afternoon tea and restaurant LE CHENE. In our private room rental plans and private dinner options, children of all ages are welcome to join.
▶The dress code at French restaurant LECHENE: We enforce a business casual dress code, no ripped jeans, flip flops or slippers.
▶All seats are non-smoking(there is a smoking area outside). There is no lift in the main building.
▶French restaurant and afternoon tea : by reservation only.
▶Cafe：served in the order of arrival(Some seats may be reserved).
▶Please kindly note that it may not always be possible for us to meet your request for specific seating.

Cancellation and schedule changes
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made on the reservation day.
Please contact us by the morning of the day before if you wish to cancel or reschedule.
If there is a cancellation policy for each plan, the policy of the plan will take precedence.
Your reservation might be cancelled if you are late for half an hour without contacting us.
