▶Cancellation fee will be charged if you change the schedule or the number of people on the day of the reservation or the day before the reservation.
The cancellation fee is 100% on the day of the cancellation and 50% on the day before the cancellation, counting from 0:00 Japan time.
▶If you are more than 【30 minutes】 late on the day of the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled.
【Please understand that there are no refunds for late cancellations.】
▶Reservation cancellations can be made by calling the restaurant or canceling through the reservation system(tablecheck).
Cancellation by e-mail will not be accepted unless we receive a reply from tsukijisushiomakase.
Cancellation through the reservation system(tablecheck) is recommended, but a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made on the day of the reservation, and 50% for cancellations made the day before.
▶We do not allow guests with strong fragrances such as 【perfume】,【 body odor】, 【 half-dried clothes】 to come to our restaurant, as it may cause inconvenience to other guests.
In such cases, the cancellation will be the responsibility of the customer and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
