Reservations will be accepted from November 1 (Fri.) to December 15 (Sun.),
but will be closed earlier depending on sales.
This year's Christmas period is from Saturday, December 21 to Wednesday, December 25!
In addition to the items available for reservation on our website, we will also have Christmas cakes available only on the day of the event!
Please read the following notes before making a reservation.
【How to make a reservation】
🎄Please select a date, time slot, and product from the bottom of the page to make a reservation.
🎄Please make sure to check the date and time of your reservation to ensure that you receive your order on the correct date and time.
🎄Please fill in the reservation name (in kanji) with your full name in hiragana, so that we can accept your name on the day of the event.
🎄If you are unable to select your desired product, please consider changing your itinerary.
🎄We do not deliver Christmas cakes.
🎄We do not accept reservations in person or by phone.
🎄If you wish to pick up the cake at Isetan Shinjuku, please make a reservation at Isetan Shinjuku online site or at repos by patisserie ease storefront on B1F of Isetan Shinjuku.

Pick-up date and time
🎄Delivery dates are the following 5 days: 12/21 (Sat) - 12/25 (Wed)
🎄There will be three time slots during this period.
1) 11:00am to 1:00pm
2) 13:00 - 16:00
3) 16:00-19:00
Please choose one of the above time slots and pick up your items during that time.
Please make sure to select the correct date and time.
How to pick up your order
🎄Please inform our staff of the name of the person who made the reservation + the product when you pick up the product.
🎄If you are coming to the store on behalf of someone else, please have your reservation screen ready just in case.
🎄Please queue up by time slots and pick up your items in order while limiting the number of people entering the store.
🎄Please note that if you arrive earlier than your appointment time, you may have to wait a little longer.
🎄If you arrive later than your reserved time, you will be placed in line with the next person in your time slot.
🎄Customers who wish to purchase the day's limited items together with their pre-order items, please pick up your pre-order items first and then enjoy shopping in the store.
