Please inform us of any food allergies or ingredient restrictions at least 24 hours prior to your reservation date. This is to ensure appropriate food preparation and to provide you with the best dining experience.
Reservation and Deposit
A deposit of 1,000 THB per person is required to confirm your reservation through the TableCheck system. This deposit will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your visit.
Cancellation and Modification Policy:
1) Confirmed reservations are non-refundable through the system.
2) Modifications to reservations can be made via LINE: @yakinikusudo.bkk
3) Any changes must be communicated at least 3 business days prior to the reservation date.
4) For changes or cancellations outside the specified period, including no-shows, we reserve the right to charge the full deposit amount.
Additional Terms:
1) Special requests cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
2) Changes to reservation time or party size cannot be accommodated.
