*If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
●For children, please make a reservation for children aged 12 and over by ordering the same course as adults.
canceling reservations
For cancellations and changes, we will charge a cancellation fee as follows, calculated from the time of arrival.
24 hours before: 100% of the reservation fee
48 hours before: 50% of the reservation fee
