WHAT WE DO:
Secchu Yokota offers modern "wayou secchu" cuisine, blending Japanese and Western influences, reflecting Chef Yokota’s unique family and culinary background with a focus on seasonal tempura. (Please note, we are not a sushi establishment.) Our restaurant consists of only six seats, each facing the open kitchen, offering a 2-hour omakase (Chef's choice prix-fixe menu) at two or three fixed seating times (Wed-Sun; closed Mon-Tue).

HOW, WHEN, AND WHAT TIME OF DAY TO SECURE YOUR SEATS:
For each seating, we accept reservations for a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 6. Reservations are available online up to 14 days in advance. For example, to make a reservation for the seating on 4/15 at 5:30 pm, the system will allow selections starting at 5:30 pm ET on 4/1. If you receive an error message, it means your desired seating is already taken or the date and time is outside the 14-day booking window.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION:
Once your online reservation is finalized, you will receive a confirmation: 1) immediately after booking, and 2) one day prior to your reserved date. If you do not receive a confirmation email or text immediately after placing your reservation, the booking may have been unsuccessful. This often happens if the credit card you entered blocks the deposit transaction for security reasons, even if a pending deposit is briefly reflected on your account. Please try submitting with a different card or approve the transaction with your card issuer. If you continue to experience issues, kindly email or call us to confirm your reservation, and we will assist you further.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to our extremely limited seating capacity, charges will be applied per seat for cancellations or changes to the date or headcount made within 48 hours for 2-4 guests, or within 72 hours for 5-6 guests of your reserved date and time. There are no exceptions to this policy. By proceeding with your reservation, we thank you for your full acknowledgment and support of our policy, which helps sustain our family business.

ACCOMMODATION OF CHILDREN:
We regret that we are unable to accommodate admission of infants and children under 10 years of age due to limited seating and indoor space, as well as out of respect for other guests.

Our standard omakase (chef’s choice) menu is offered at $145 per guest. The 2-hour course consists of an appetizer plate, an array of seasonal tempura, and conclusion dish, followed by dessert.

Reservations can be made online up to 14 days in advance (and up to 11 pm ET the day before your desired date) with a valid credit card.* The total omakase fee for the number of guests will be held (as "pending") on the credit card, however will only be applied in case of cancellations outside of our policy and will otherwise be released at the time of dining (cannot be applied to the actual dining charges).
