We serve omakase style (“chef’s choice”) tempura tasting courses and while we are happy to accommodate pescatarian menu by advance request, we are unable to accept requests for other alternative courses (e.g. vegetarian, meat only / non-vegetable only requests).
Kindly confirm and list all dietary allergies and restrictions (including use of wasabi; raw fish/seafood; etc) for each guest at the time of your reservation, as we are unable to accommodate unconfirmed requests on the day of your visit. (e.g. Guest 1 no beef, raw fish/seafood (seared ok) / Guest 2 no dairy (butter ok), wasabi, etc.)
Please be advised that all dishes are prepared in limited kitchen space and we use a single specialized pot for preparing tempura. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate allergies to gluten/sesame oil/rice oil/egg/soy sauce/and the use of dashi (broth) with katsuobushi (dried and shaved skipjack tuna/bonito fish) & kelp.
