≪予約規約≫
▶営業時間は、平日17:00～22:00、土日祝は12:00～22:00です。ご予約の電話受付は13:00～18:00です。(定休日は除く）☏03-3572-3030　
▶店舗移転に伴い、能楽堂ビル店舗のご予約は9月29日までとさせていただきます。新店舗の営業につきましては、10月下旬を予定しております。詳細は、当予約サイトまたはコルザホームページにてご案内予定です。▶オンライン予約時に、お客様のクレジットカード情報をお預かりしますが、決済はされません。実際のご利用料金は当日会計にてお支払いをお願いいたします。キャンセル料が発生する際は、ご利用予定日に規定のキャンセル料をクレジットカードにて引き落としさせていただきます。デビットカードでの登録はご遠慮ください。
▶「コルザポイントカード」は、新規発行を中止しております。「ポイント」のご利用は2024年8月末までとさせていただきます。「ポイントカード」お持ちの方は、スタンプ1個につき500円相当のお食事券としてご利用が可能です。対象はディナーカード黒・緑です。複数カードのご利用は、1回につきスタンプ20個上限です。
▶オンライン予約は4名様単位です。5名様以上のご予約は4名様毎にご予約ください。キャンセル料は、ご予約来店時間の48時間前より予約金額の50%、24時間前より予約金額の100%を請求させていただきます。　
▶︎コース料理のご注文のないお客様のお席のご利用、またはお食事を必要としないお子様連れでのご利用はご遠慮ください。お席はすべて鉄板カウンター前です。カウンターダイニングＫ(相席のご利用となります)｡個室C(カウンター席4～6名様)貸切料金10,000円。個室Ｓ(カウンター席4～6名様)貸切料金10,000円。各税込・サービス料別です。
▶ご予約のお時間30分を過ぎてもご連絡が取れない場合は、やむを得ずキャンセル扱いとさせていただく場合がございます。遅れる場合は、必ず事前に店舗までお電話にてご連絡下さい。
▶お席のご利用時間は、ご予約時間より2時間までとさせていただきます。遅れてご到着の場合も、ご利用可能時間は変更致し兼ねますのでご了承ください。
▶食材等のアレルギー対応は致しかねますのでご容赦ください。苦手食材の変更等は、事前に店舗までお電話下さい。
▶12歳以下のお子様のご来店につきましては、コース料理のご注文と、個室の御利用をお願いいたします。その際は、個室貸切料金を頂戴いたますので御了承ください。個室のご予約は、お電話にて承ります。
▶︎ワインの持ち込みは、1グループ750ml1本迄。持ち込み料1万円(税込・サ別)頂戴いたします。ワイン以外のお飲み物の持ち込みはご遠慮ください。ボトルのお預かりは致しません。
≪Reservation term≫
▶Booking is only taken for Teppan-yaki counters seats.Your seat will be available for 2 hours from the reservation time.A late arrival over 30 minutes without contact may result in a cancellation with charge. (Please see below.)Please call the restaurant in case of late arrival.
▶When making an online reservation, we will collect your credit card information, but the payment will not be processed. Please pay the actual usage fee at the checkout on the day. If a cancellation fee is incurred, the specified cancellation fee will be deducted from your credit card on the scheduled date of use. Please refrain from registering with a debit card.
▶Cancellation fees will be 50% of the reservation amount from 48 hours before your scheduled visit, and 100% of the reservation amount from 24 hours before your scheduled visit.For an online reservation of 5 or more guests, please reserve as 2 parties of 4 or less guests and call the restaurant to confirm seating.
▶Please refrain from using the seats of customers who have not ordered a course meal or with children who do not require a meal. All seats are in front of the iron plate counter. Counter dining K (shared seating available).Private room C (counter seating for 4 to 6 people) . Private room S (counter seats for 4 to 6 people).
▶All Private room reservations must be made by telephone.The room charge is 10,000 yen for "Private Room C" or "Private Room S". All prices include consumption tax but exclude 10% service charge.
▶For children under the age of 12, please order a course meal and use a private room. Please note that in that case, you will be charged a private room rental fee. Reservations for private rooms can be made by phone.
▶Unfortunately, we cannot meet special dietary requirements.Please call us in advance if any change of ingredient is required.
▶Wine can be brought in up to 1 bottle of 750ml per group.Wine corkage fee is 10,000yen per 750ml bottle. (Includes consumption tax, excludes 10% service charge.)Please refrain from bringing in beverages other than wine.
