The autumn menu will be available from September. Some dishes use mackerel, foie gras, coriander, etc. We will also be unable to accept reservations if you have any of the following: - Dairy allergies - Egg allergies (contamination of the dish is unavoidable) - Soy allergies (if you wish to completely remove all soybeans, including seasonings such as soy sauce and miso) - Those who wish to remove fish stock and kelp stock - Vegan food - Those with contamination allergies Please note that we cannot accommodate requests made on the day of the reservation.
