2. Please note that your table will only be held for 20 minutes from the time of your reservation. After which, your booking will be automatically released and given to our waitlisted bookings if not arrived before or within the period. Please note that we may be unable to accommodate your requests for specific seating.
3. Yawaragi has three areas in which are Tatami area, Robatayaki area, and Regular Dining area. These are subject to availability. Kindly inform the restaurant ahead of time on your preferred area for confirmation and further details.
4. Please be advised that we required 50% downpayment at least 5 days prior to your reserved date for Tatami/Washitsu Private Room & Regular Private rooms. For Special Menu (list below) we require 50% downpayment at least 2 days after your initial booking was made/recieved as this is to secure your booking. -Valentines, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Festive Season
6. Cancellation of booking must be made no less than 24 hours from your reservation time. Any additional requests or amendments, please notify us 2 hours prior to your arrival.
6. In compliance with the existing PAGCOR regulations, guests below 21 years old are not permitted to pass through the Casino Gaming Floor at all times.
7. The dress code at Yawaragi is smart casual: beachwear, sportswear, cargo shorts or flip flops are highly discouraged.
