Booking Policy
1. Operating hours of Yamazato:
Monday to Sunday:
Lunch 11:30AM - 02:30PM (last order at 2PM)
Dinner 5:30 PM - 09:30 PM (last order at 9PM)
2. Please note that your table will only be held for 15 minutes from the time of your reservation. After which, your booking will be automatically released and given to our waitlisted bookings if not arrived before or within the period. Please note that we may be unable to accomodate your request for specific seating.
3. Yamazato has four areas in which are; Teppanyaki area, Sushi Bar area, Shabu-shabu area and Regular Dining area. These are subject to availability. Kindly inform the restaurant ahead of time on your prefered area for confirmation and further details.
4. Please be advised that we required 50% downpayment at least 2 days prior to your reserved date for Teppanyaki, Private Rooms, Omakase Menu (5 days prior) and Special menus as this is to secure your booking.
5. Cancellation of booking must be made no less than 24 hours from your reservation time. Any additional requests or amendments, please notify us 2 hours prior to your arrival.
6. In compliance with the existing PAGCOR regulations, guests below 21 years old are not permitted to pass through the Casino Gaming Floor at all times.
7. The dress code at Yamazato is Smart Casual: beachwear, sportswear, cargo shorts or flip flops are highly discouraged.
8. If you are celebrating any special occasion or any dietary requirements, intolorances, and allergies, please let us know from the contact details below.
