Booking Policy
Additional information regarding your reservation:
1. Operating hours of Yamazato:
Lunch: 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM (last order at 2:00 PM)
Dinner 5:30 PM - 9:30PM (last order at 9:00 PM)
Except for Fridays and Saturdays, closing time is at 10:30pm (last order at 10:00PM)
Last order for the kaiseki menu is 45 minutes before closing time.
2. Sushi Counter Operating Days:
Open during wednesday to sunday only.
3. Table Holding Policy:
We have a strict table holding time of 15 minutes. After this period, your booking will be automatically released and offered to our waitlisted bookings if you have not arrived.
4. Dining Areas:
Yamazato has four dining areas: Teppanyaki area, Shabu-Shabu area, Regular Dining area, and Sushi Counter area. These are subject to availability. Kindly inform the restaurant ahead of time of your preferred area for confirmation and further details.
5. Deposit Policy:
We require a 50% downpayment to secure bookings for Teppanyaki, Sushi counter, Shabu-shabu, Private Rooms, and Special Menus to secure your booking. For specific guidelines or further clarification, kindly contact us directly.
6. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of booking must be made no less than 24 hours from your reservation time. Any additional requests or amendments should be notified at least two (2) hours prior to your arrival.
7. Age Restriction:
In compliance with existing PAGCOR regulations, guests below 21 years old are not permitted to pass through the Casino Gaming Floor at all times.
8. Dress Code:
The dress code at Yamazato is Smart Casual. Beachwear, sportswear, cargo shorts, or flip-flops are not allowed.
9. Smoking Policy:
Kindly note that Yamazato is a non-smoking restaurant. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the restaurant to maintain a pleasant and healthy dining environment.
