Adult Wine Seminar By Mercure Yokosuka", which has been attended by more than 1,000 people in total, is a casual seminar for wine beginners, where you can learn basic knowledge to enjoy wine at home, as well as how to pair it with local Yokosuka ingredients from a professional sommelier, with the concept of "Bringing wine closer to you and making Yokosuka more fun". The seminar is accompanied by a French dinner course using seasonal ingredients so that you can enjoy wine tasting in luxury. Hiroki Nagaoka, the sommelier exclusive to Bistro Burgundy, will be lecturing on the basics of wine enjoyment, such as pairing with food, tasting methods, and varieties. He has an established reputation for imparting his wine knowledge, honed at numerous restaurants and hotels, in a way that is easy for even beginners to understand. The wine seminars, which have been well-received for many years for being "easy to understand even for wine beginners" and "easy to participate in even by yourself," are a valuable opportunity to ask questions directly to wine and food professionals.
