The owner, who has roots in Vietnam and is from a French bistro, will tailor the course using Setouchi ingredients. In line with this, we have prepared a pair of natural wines from around the world that convey the philosophies of the makers, selected by the owner sommelier. Enjoy a champagne for a toast and a digestif or coffee after a meal. You can buy your favorite one at the wine shop on the 2nd floor, if in stock.
