Booking Policy

▶ Executive Chef Kazuyuki Shimamoto has created signature set course menus using the best regional produce. ▶ Please note that only set menus are available. Unfortunately, we do not offer an a la carte menu.
▶ We only accept bookings for Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's Eve(24th, 25th and 31st December) through our direct email. Please send an inquiry to mimis@hhgjapan.com.
▶ For parties of more than 10, please email to mimis@hhgjapan.com to make a reservation.
▶ Please note that we may not be able to meet your seating preferences.
▶ Kindly let us know if you run late. We may cancel the reservation if we do not hear from you until 15 minutes after your reservation time.
▶ No ski or snowboard boots are permitted in the restaurant.
▶ Please note that a credit card is required to reserve. A small deposit from TableCheck is an “authorization hold” rather than an actual charge. The pre-authorized amount will be released after your visit, so we kindly ask that you make payment directly in the restaurant.
▶We ask for your kind understanding that cancellation on the day of visit or no show will incur a charge 50% of the minimum set menu charge.
