【Cancellation Policy】
・If you cancel within 24 hours of the Reservation Date and Time, we will Charge a Cancellation Fee of 2,000 yen x the number of people in the Reservation.

【About Orders】
・Children who can sit and eat by themselves will be counted as one person. There is no seating space for those who do not eat.

・The time spent at your seat is limited to 50 minutes. If you are late for your reservation, the time for leaving will not be changed.
・If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled.

・Please note that some items may be out of stock due to the order situation on the day of the event.

【For those without a Reservation】
Priority will be given to reservations made in advance. Same-day visits may not be available depending on how crowded the store is.
