Guest Dress Code
Smart attire is required at all times. No singlets, board shorts, or sleeveless shirts for men, or alcohol-branded attire will be permitted. In adherence to security measures, backpacks are also not allowed at After Rock. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Reservations
Guests staying at AYANA Resort, Villas, RIMBA or Segara have priority for reservations. Reservations for outside guests can be made up to two weeks prior via online booking. Please note that tables will be assigned upon your arrival
Timing & Table Release
We kindly request that you arrive on time for your reservation. In the event that you are running late or do not show up within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we reserve the right to release your table to other eager patrons.
Food and Drinks
At After Rock, we take great pride in the quality and hygiene standards of our food and drinks. To maintain these high standards, we do not allow outside catering, including birthday cakes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Drone and photo shooting policy
The safety and privacy of our guests, employees, and local community are of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, we strictly prohibit the operation of drones and Professional camera by the general public, media, or journalists within or outside the AYANA hotel area without prior written authorization from AYANA Hotel management. Additionally, the use of professional photo equipment with tripod setups is not permitted on our premises.
