Regarding Cancellations and Booking Changes
Please make any changes or cancellations to your booking yourself. ≫Click here for instructions
＊A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 8 hours before your booked time.
＊If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your booked time, your reservation will be treated as cancelled and a cancellation fee (¥4,000 per person) will be charged.
Furthermore, we will be unable to hold your table as we will need to accommodate other waiting customers.
▶Should you be delayed, please notify us by e-mail by 17:00.
＊A cancellation fee of ¥4,000 will be charged if the number of guests is reduced by two or more persons.

Regarding Reservations
● Please select your menu on the day. Please note we cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian requests.
● Please understand that we may not be able to fulfil specific seating requests.
● We do not accept reservations for large groups (7 persons or more).
＊ Multiple reservations made by the same person on the same day may be treated as a cancellation.
● Table occupancy is limited to 2 hours from your reserved time.
＊When entering your details, please provide a mobile phone number or email address for verification on the day.
＊Changes to your arrival time on the day are not possible. Even if you arrive late unavoidably, table occupancy remains limited to 2 hours from your reserved time. Please note that extending your time is not possible.
● We kindly request that children do not accompany you to the restaurant.

For guests arriving by car
Parking is currently available, but spaces are limited.
We recommend using public transport.

For guests planning to use a taxi
Demand for taxis within Hakuba Village is high, and many guests experience difficulties securing a taxi at their scheduled time.
Please arrange a pre-booked taxi to ensure you arrive on time. ≫Transport information for Hakuba Village can be found here
