LARGE TABLE BOOKING
For reservations of 3 guests or more, as well as bookings on holidays, we kindly request a deposit of 700,000 VND per guest to secure your booking. Please provide us with your updated phone number and email address to proceed with the deposit payment.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
When making a reservation, please inform us in detail about any allergies or dietary restrictions, including the specific ingredients you are allergic to and the severity of your allergies.
We can accommodate vegetarian, pescatarian, and certain allergies with at least 3 hours' advance notice.
RUNNING LATE
The Hum Signature experience lasts approximately two hours. Please consider the location and potential traffic conditions in Ho Chi Minh City when planning your arrival. We will hold your reservation for 30 minutes. If you expect to arrive late or need to cancel, kindly inform us by phone +84 899 189 229 at your earliest convenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure an optimal dining experience for all our guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any reservation cancellations.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid.
CHILDREN POLICY
We welcome families with children from age 15 and above.
PARKING
Due to our central location, parking availability may vary depending on the time. For your convenience, we recommend considering ride-hailing services instead of self-driving.
