Okinawa Ryukyu Creative Cuisine ~ Thoughts ~

The teachings of Okinawa and Ryukyu "food and culture" include "food is medicine," "eating is living," "living is creating," and "feeling grateful and grateful to our ancestors." While carefully passing on these principles, Tetsuya's thoughts on island food are to convey the scent of island culture using locally produced ingredients connected to the seven islands (Kuwana Nagashima). As iron sculptors and chefs, we have turned the food culture woven by Okinawa, Ryukyu, and Tetsuya into art, and we hope you will enjoy our Tetsuya-style creative cuisine "island food" in the calm, relaxing island time. The tableware used in the menu is Yachimun and Ryukyu glassware that we encountered in Okinawa, as well as ironware, brassware, and woodware made by Tetsuya. They are on sale at the gallery on the first floor.

Advance reservations are required.

*The serving time is about 1.5 to 2 hours, so we would appreciate it if you could make some leeway in your schedule.
*For children, we will only serve those who can eat the same menu as adults.
*In order for you to enjoy each dish, it may take a little time to serve you. If you are in a hurry, please let us know when you make a reservation.
*Tetsuya Space has a complex structure with steps, stairs, and art works due to its architectural expression. If you have any physical requests, please let us know when you make a reservation. We will prepare special seats (up to 4 people) in the gallery space on the first floor.
