"Aun" is the culmination and beginning of the restaurant created by the owner Onoyama, who trained for 10 years at the 3-star restaurant "Kikunoi" in Kyoto and worked as the head chef at the Akasaka branch for 8 years. Aun's main dish is soup stock. Although it is not flashy, we are particular about "deeply delicious taste" and value each customer's once-in-a-lifetime encounter.
