Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing to join us at Winterland
❆ Please note a credit card is required to make reservation. A small, refundable amount of ¥50 will be charged to ensure card validity.
❆ Our Cancellation Policy:
50% Cancellation Fee if canceled within 48 hours of booking.
100% Cancellation Fee if canceled within 24 hours of booking.
Cancellation Fee: ¥1,000 per person.
❆ No Show Policy: If guests are more than 15 minutes late for their reservation the reservation will be treated as a no show and the table(s) will be given to other guests.
❆ We try to fulfill seating requests but we reserve the right to move table placements if necessary.
❆ For group bookings (of 12 or more) we suggest pre-ordering from our gyoza menu.
